Triton 41, Hammonton 36 – Despite a balanced offensive attack from the Blue Devils, Triton was able to come away with a victory.
Hammonton’s Dominique Minerva scored a team-high 10 points. The Blue Devils’ Macie Amoirello and McKenna Forry each scored nine and Sara Peretti added eight.
Kingsway 49, Hammonton 32 – Amoirello scored 17 points to lead the Blue Devils. Forry added seven points in the loss, which was the team’s third straight.

Hammonton 49, Triton 48 – The Blue Devils held off a hard-charging Triton team in the fourth quarter to win by one point.
Hammonton dominated the opening half, outscoring Triton 30-12, and took a 17-point lead into the fourth quarter.
Marsoreez Bassett scored a team-high 15 points, and Peyton Mortellite netted 11 in the win. Pat Costa and Zach Barnard both added six points for the Blue Devils.
Kingsway 59, Hammonton 58 (OT) – The two squads needed extra time to settle matters.
The Blue Devils climbed out of an early nine-point deficit to take a 43-37 lead heading into the fourth quarter. Kingsway forced overtime by outscoring Hammonton 15-9 over the final eight minutes of regulation.
Mortellite scored a game-high 24 points to lead the Blue Devils. Josh Troche scored 16 and Bassett chipped in 14 in the loss.
Hammonton 46, Delran 43 – Mortellite scored a game-best 21 points as the Blue Devils rallied to beat Delran.
Hammonton trailed by eight heading into the fourth quarter, but outscored Delran 16-5 in the final eight minutes to pull out the victory. Bassett scored 11 points and Troche netted nine in the win.
Coming up – The Blue Devils are on the road for three straight games starting with Woodstown on Feb. 18. They then go to Seneca on Feb. 19 and Gloucester Catholic on Feb. 23.
Hammonton 67, Schalick 3 – The Blue Devils won 13 of 14 weight classes, including eight by pin, against the Cougars.
Hammonton’s Anthony Roman (106 pounds), Vaughn McFerrin (145), Brian McCarty (152), Daniel Figueroa (160), Anthony Tucci (170), Tom Donio (195), Cameron Digiovannangelo (220) and Kameron McDaniel (heavyweight) all registered falls.
William Boyle (126) picked up one bonus point in a major decision win, and Daniel Mutko (113), Andrew Mays (120) and Nicholas Melhado (132) won decisions.
Hammonton 66, Triton 13 – Roman (106), Mays (120), Melhado (132), McFerrin (145), McCarty (152) and Dan Corrigan (170) all picked up pins in the Blue Devils’ fifth straight win.
Boyle (126) won by a decision and the rest of the team’s points came on forfeits.
Coming up – The Blue Devils will be competing in the District 30 Tournament on Feb. 19 and Feb. 20 at Overbrook High School.
