The Hammonton Historical Society, located at 333 Vine St., is open to the public the first and third Tuesdays and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monthly meetings are held the first Thursday of the month at the Canoe Club (7 p.m.) and feature guest speakers.
The museum is displaying a variety of artifacts and items in honor of the town’s 150th anniversary celebration. Featured are the founding fathers and several businesses and banks.
The museum also has items for sale including plates, postcards, books and slate from the roof of the 1904 railroad station. The next meeting will be May 5.
