DEPTFORD - More than a dozen Gloucester County high schools have signed on for a partnership program with Rowan University and Rowan College at Gloucester County making college credits highly affordable.

The university and the Deptford-based county college signed agreements Friday with Clayton, Clearview, Delsea Regional, Deptford, Gateway, GCIT, Glassboro, Kingsway, Paulsboro, Pitman, Washington Township, West Deptford, Williamstown and Woodbury high schools in Gloucester County and Gloucester Catholic High School in Camden County.

High school students will have three new ways to earn college credits at a discount.

The first, through high school dual credit, allows students to take RCGC courses taught at their high school by credentialed instructors for $125 per course.

The second, the RCGC High School Options Program, lets students take courses on the RCGC campus or online with a 65 percent discount on tuition and fees.

The final option allows students to take courses on Rowan University's campus or online for $300 per credit.
