Hello Kitty Cafe truck coming to Edison on Saturday
Hello Kitty opened their new pop-up cafe in southern California for guests to taste sweet treats. It's the first one of its kind in the U.S.
Everyone's favorite jumpsuited feline is heading to Edison on Saturday, April 24.
The Hello Kitty Cafe Truck is continuing its journey across the country with its all-pink wheeled cafe offering edible Hello Kitty treats as well as limited edition merchandise.
It will stop at Edison's Menlo Park Mall at 55 Parsonage Road near the Jersey Strong entrance from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
The truck will then continue its tour to Flushing, Queens, on May 1, and head to Cleveland on May 8.
Find items such as bow-shaped water bottles, giant Hello Kitty chef cookies, canvas totes, enamel pin sets and sprinkle mugs. New offerings from the six-year-old truck include Hello Kitty Cafe T-shirts, cookie plushes and rainbow thermoses.

Items can be purchased using credit or debit only — no cash.
Since its debut in 2014, the two Hello Kitty Cafe trucks have collectively traveled to 100 cities across the East and West coasts. Hundreds of Hello Kitty lovers can be found at each stop.
