HAMMONTON – Saint Joseph High School announces that Matthew Acciani will be the new head coach for boys’ soccer. He has more than eight years experience as a junior varsity coach at Cherokee High School. He has played Division III soccer at Union College. He also played for the Princeton Union. He has trained and competed in Holland, Belgium, Germany, Italy and Japan. He earned a Master’s degree in Education from the University of Pennsylvania and has a B.A. in Political Science from Union College in Schenectady, N.Y.

“We are excited to have Matt join the SJHS coaching staff,” said Athletic Director Bill Hiltner. “As an assistant coach coming from a winning high school program, he brings that mindset to SJHS. We look forward to him taking our program to the next level.”
