AMI marks Breast Cancer Awareness Month
GALLOWAY TWP. – October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and the healthcare professionals at Atlantic Medical Imaging are marking the occasion with a walk and free screening mammograms for uninsured women 40 and older with no current or previous breast issues.
The mammograms are available throughout October at all AMI locations in Atlantic and Cape May counties with evening and weekend appointments also available. The program is made possible through the support of the AMI Foundation.

Making Strides Walk
The American Cancer Society’s Making Strides Walk Against Breast Cancer will take place on Sunday, October 18, at 10 a.m. at 9th Street and the Boardwalk in Ocean City. Team AMI invites anyone to join them in this important and fun event.
According to the American Cancer Society, “Every step you take is personal, and every step will help people stay well and get well, find cures and empower communities to fight back against this disease.”
